Why TVs need special handling

Screens can contain materials that don't belong in a landfill, like mercury in older backlights and lead in tube TVs. Recycling them keeps those out of the ground and lets the metal, glass and circuit boards be recovered.

Big screens and rentals

When you request a pickup, tell us the screen size and where the TV is. If it's still mounted on the wall, mention that too so we can plan.

Replacing TVs across vacation rentals or condos? We can pick up several units in one trip.

FAQ

TV & Monitor Recycling questions

Do you take broken or cracked TVs?

Yes. Cracked screens, dead pixels and TVs that won't turn on are all fine.

Do you take old tube (CRT) TVs?

Ask first. Tube TVs are heavy and need special handling, so there may be a fee. Send us the size and we'll tell you before pickup.

How big a TV can you take?

Send us the screen size and we'll plan for it. Large TVs are common.
