Pickup requests
When you send a request, we collect the name, email, optional phone number, city, customer type and equipment description you provide. We use these details to respond, assess the equipment and arrange a pickup. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
Requests are stored on our server and routed to our business communications system. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or private files through the form.
Site operation
Our servers process technical request information to deliver the site, troubleshoot errors and protect against abuse. The site does not require an account or payment to send a pickup request.
Maps and external content
Pages load fonts from Google. The service-area map is hosted on this site. When connected, pages may also load media from YouTube or Facebook. These services receive technical information when their content loads and operate under their own privacy policies. External links take you to separately operated sites.
Questions or removal requests
Email info@deadtechrecovery.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request removal. We may need to retain information needed for an ongoing service or required records.
