FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Does it matter if my stuff is broken?

Nope. Broken, dead, cracked, won't power on — that's literally our name. Working items are great too; they're more likely to be reused.

What happens to the data on my old computer or phone?

Storage drives are wiped or physically destroyed before anything is reused or recycled. If you'd like to keep your drive, we can pull it and hand it back to you.

Is there a charge?

Most electronics are taken free of charge. Some items that need special handling — like CRT TVs — or very large loads may have a fee. We'll always tell you up front, before pickup.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. We handle office cleanouts, server and network equipment removal, and recurring pickups for businesses across our service area.

Can I buy parts from you?

Often, yes. Tell us what you're looking for through the contact form and we'll check what we've salvaged.
